Candidates who are interested in these positions should e-mail or mail their resume and a cover letter to:                                 HR@crosbyhenry.com                                 Human Resources                                 Crosby & Henry                                 590 Cascade West Parkway SE                                 Grand Rapids, MI  49546                                                                 Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Account Manager: An account manager is responsible for performing all account transactions including on-line quoting, proposals, endorsements, certificates, applications, binders, renewals, follow-up and correspondence on assigned commercial accounts.  Also, respond to client inquiries, company requests and producer needs in a timely manner.  Qualifications include problem solving skills, computer skills, communication skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work as part of a team.  Experience in insurance and customer service is preferred. Producer: This position is primarily responsible for selling commercial insurance packages.  A producer is expected to maintain a prospect list for agency's targeted business, contact prospects, make sales presentations and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.  In addition, a producer completes and submits application information to the service team and assists in collecting renewal information.  Qualifications include: strong communication skills, sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team.  Commercial insurance product knowledge and licensing is preferred, but not required.
